Pete Carroll, co-founder and coach

Co-founder of Win Forever Consulting, executive VP of football operations and head coach of the Seattle Seahawks, coach Carroll's life passion is to build organizational cultures that support and help people be the best they can be. Dr. Michael Gervais, co-founder and high performance psychologist

Co-founder of Win Forever Consulting, licensed psychologist and industry visionary, Dr. Gervais focuses most of his time on people at the "top of their game," from the NFL's Seattle Seahawks and NBA players, to Olympians, military personnel and corporate leaders. Spending years in the trenches of high-stakes circumstances, Gervais has developed clarity for the tools that allow people to "thrive under pressure." Gervais is a published, peer-reviewed author and a nationally recognized speaker on issues related to high performance for those who excel on the largest stages in the world.

Michael Gale - CEO

Michael is part of the operational, software architecture and business development team at Win Forever. He has founded and sold a software and consulting company (2002 - 2006) in the marketing and strategy industry as well as being part of the leadership team of management consulting company that sold in 2014 to ICFi. He is the co author of a book on digital transformation to be published in 2016 ( He was a group partner at Monitor Group (2006 - 2010) and the Chief Web Officer of Micron (1998 - 2000) where he developed the web and digital business models for the company.

Ariana Kukors, facilitator and Olympian

Ariana is part of the Win Forever team dedicated to working with large organizations as they move through mindset training and high performance architecture. As an Olympic Athlete (2012) and 2-time World Champion/World Record Holder in swimming, as well as someone who once missed making an Olympic Team by 0.08 of a second, she is poignantly aware of the fine margin between being a competitor vs. being a consistent high performer on the world stage.

Adam O'Neil, facilitator and applied science officer

Adam is part of the science development and application team at Win Forever. His role is to bring the most up to date scientific practices to the every day experiences at events and through the applications. He specializes in mindfulness coaching for elite athlete and world class entertainers. Adam has an advanced degree in sport and performance psychology and he is in the process of completing his PhD in clinical psychology.

Nicole Davis, facilitator and Olympian

Nicole brings the unique experiences of being part of winning volleyball teams at the NCAA level at USC (National Champions 2003, 2004), Olympic Silver medalist (2008, 2012) and first ever World Championship Gold medalist on the US indoor women's volleyball team (2014). She has lived through the process that Dr. Gervais built with the national teams both on culture development and on the individual high performance spectrum and brings this to her work with Win Forever.

Jaime Davern, business development and operations

Jaime helped create and launch Win Forever Consulting in 2013. Having lived the philosophy, framework and approach as the daughter of coach Pete Carroll, she is motivated to help people and companies be the best they can be. She played volleyball at USC with WFC facilitator Nicole Davis and has also worked for the charity coach Carroll founded, A Better LA.
